Ultra low noise electronic measurement system for low temperature transport - VIDEO

Compact 2012 is an ultra low noise electronics measurement system developed by Peter Maerki in the Nanophysics group of Prof.Ensslin  at ETH Zurich. It integrates all  electronics needed for  low temperature transport measurements in one box. Cable length is reduced to a minimum. As a result, the noise is reduced by a factor of twenty compared to the market leader’s instruments.
